Tracking not updated

Verify the code, handover evidence and carrier data; stalled tracking does not automatically mean a lost parcel.

Tracking that does not change for a period does not automatically mean that a shipment is lost. Events depend on carrier scans and data transmission.

To check the issue:

  • verify that the code entered in the transaction is correct;
  • check the same identifier in the carrier's official reference where available;
  • verify that the parcel was actually handed over and that collection evidence exists;
  • do not create a second tracking number to “replace” the first unless there is a real new shipment;
  • if the carrier or Muviber provides a support process for that shipment, use it while keeping the receipt and identifier.

This article does not define a fixed number of hours or days after which tracking must be treated as abnormal: timing and scans depend on the service used. If the shipment is later declared or treated as lost, move to Lost parcel.

Shipping problems Damaged parcel Document the parcel, label, protection and item, keep the packaging, and use the process linked to the transaction.
