Incorrect delivery address

Before handover, verify and correct details in the official flow; afterwards use only authorised carrier and transaction options.

If you notice an incorrect address, the correct action depends on when you discover it.

Before carrier handover:

  • do not ship until the details have been verified;
  • check the address shown in the transaction;
  • use only the official functions available to correct or clarify the data.

After handover:

  • do not independently change the address through informal chat arrangements;
  • check the carrier's official options and those available in the transaction;
  • keep tracking and proof of handover;
  • if a change is not allowed or the parcel is returned, follow the transaction flow before arranging a new shipment.

For safety, a seller should not send the item to an alternative address provided only in a message if it does not match the details officially associated with the transaction.

If the error concerns personal data or saved account addresses, correct those in the relevant settings section for future transactions as well.

Shipping problems Tracking not updated Verify the code, handover evidence and carrier data; stalled tracking does not automatically mean a lost parcel.
