Muviber Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Registration and Account

• Eligibility: Registration is reserved for adults.
• Truthful Information: Users must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information at the time of registration.
• Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activities carried out through your account.

2. Publication of Listings

Allowed Products:

• Only musical instruments, related accessories, digital products (such as musical software or pedalboard profiles), advertising spaces, and specified subscriptions are allowed.
• Illegal, counterfeit, or copyright-infringing products are prohibited.

Listing Quality:

• Listings must be clear, complete, and accurate.
• Uploaded images must represent the actual product and not contain watermarks, logos of other companies, or inappropriate content.
• Listing texts and contents must be original.

Ownership:

• Users must own or have the legal right to sell the published products.

Liability for Copied Content:

• Muviber is not responsible for content copied from other sites or platforms.
• In case of complaints or disputes from third-party sites regarding copied texts or materials, the user who published the content will be solely responsible.
• Muviber reserves the right to remove contested content without notice but assumes no further legal liability towards sites or interested parties.

3. User Behavior

Respectful Interactions:

• Communication between users must be respectful and professional.
• Sending spam, offensive, or misleading messages is prohibited.

Legitimate Use:

• It is prohibited to publish offensive, discriminatory content or content that violates local or international laws.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform is not allowed.

4. Liability and Limitations

No Intermediary Role:

• Muviber is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or condition of the products sold. The platform acts as a conduit forlisting publication and communication between parties.

User Verification:

• It is the users' responsibility to verify the identity and reliability of counterparties.

5. Subscriptions and Costs

Subscription Types:

• Muviber offers three subscription levels with specific benefits and limits. See the dedicated page for more details.

Payments:

• Users are required to make payments for the chosen subscription promptly.

Refunds:

• Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions are non-refundable.

6. Specific Prohibitions

• Selling products unrelated to music is not allowed.
• Publishing duplicate listings or manipulating the system with false reviews is prohibited.
• Using images, descriptions, or content belonging to others without authorization is not allowed.

7. Violations and Sanctions

Reports:

• Users can report inappropriate behavior or non-compliant content through the appropriate form.

Sanctions:

• Muviber reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.
• Non-compliant listings will be removed without notice.

Cooperation with Authorities:

• In case of complaints, legal claims, or reports of illicit content, Muviber will provide full support to law enforcement, including sharing data and communications relevant to the investigation.
• This also includes messages sent via the platform that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or subject to complaints by third parties.

8. Privacy

Use of Muviber is governed by our Privacy Policy. Users accept that personal data provided are processed in accordance with current legislation.

9. Changes to Conditions

Muviber reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users and published on the platform.
