How to create a shipping label

Generate the label from the transaction where available, verify all details and do not confuse label creation with actual shipment.

If label generation is available for the transaction, create the label from the sale or its linked shipping area.

Before using it:

  • make sure you are working on the correct transaction;
  • verify the recipient and delivery details shown;
  • check that any parcel count, weight or other requested information matches the real shipment;
  • download or print the label as instructed;
  • attach it clearly to the parcel without covering barcodes or required information.

Creating a label does not mean that the parcel has already been shipped. Confirm handover only after the actual step represented by the transaction flow.

If the label contains incorrect information, do not improvise handwritten changes: return to the transaction and use the available options, or stop the shipment until the details have been clarified.
