How to arrange a shipment

Use the transaction as your reference, verify delivery details, keep proof of handover, and record tracking and shipment confirmation.

When a sale needs to be shipped, use the Muviber transaction as the reference for what must be sent, who it must be sent to and which step is required.

Before handover:

  1. open the relevant sale or order;
  2. check the delivery details shown in the transaction flow and do not replace them with an address provided only in chat;
  3. prepare the item and the accessories included in the transaction;
  4. choose the shipping service required or compatible with the transaction;
  5. if Muviber provides a shipping label, generate it through the dedicated function; otherwise use the transaction details to prepare the shipment correctly;
  6. keep proof of carrier handover;
  7. record tracking and confirm shipment when requested by the flow.
