Which transactions affect rank

Transactions may affect rank according to the scoring rules; completions, cancellations and disputes are handled separately.

Transactions are one of the elements explicitly included in the Muviber reputation system.

To understand whether a transaction may be relevant, check its status and the information associated with the order. The Help Center structure specifically distinguishes:

  • completed transactions;
  • cancellations;
  • disputes.

The available material does not establish that every transaction always has the same effect and does not define points or weights. Actual impact depends on the scoring rules implemented by Muviber.
