Cancellations

Cancellations may be relevant to scoring, but a uniform or automatic penalty should not be assumed.

Cancellations are documented separately because they represent a different outcome from a completed transaction.

If a transaction is cancelled, first review the order details to understand the status recorded by Muviber and the information available for that case.

Within the reputation system, a cancellation may be a relevant event under the scoring rules, but the project material does not specify:

  • whether all cancellations have the same effect;
  • which party may be considered;
  • any numeric score or penalty.

The Help Center therefore does not automatically assign a penalty to every cancellation.

Transactions and reputation Which transactions affect rank Transactions may affect rank according to the scoring rules; completions, cancellations and disputes are handled separately.
