When an offline payment can be used
Offline payment should be used only when supported and after clarifying amount, method and confirmation; a receipt does not replace actual verification of funds.
Use an offline payment only when the transaction flow supports that method and both parties have clearly agreed how payment will be made.
Before proceeding, check:
- that the order or sale allows the intended method;
- the agreed amount and currency;
- who must confirm receipt;
- any instructions shown by Muviber;
- how the transaction status will be updated.
Do not use an external payment to intentionally bypass an online flow required by the platform. If another person asks you to move payment outside Muviber without a supported function, stop and verify the correct procedure.
Do not ship based only on a receipt or screenshot: the seller should verify actual receipt of funds through the method used before confirming an offline payment.
