What offline payments are on Muviber

An offline payment takes place outside normal online collection; if Muviber allows it to be recorded, this tracks status but does not change the nature of the payment.

An offline payment is a payment made outside the platform’s normal online collection flow, for example through a method agreed directly by the parties where that method is supported for the operation.

It is important to distinguish two cases:

  • payment outside the system: money is transferred directly between buyer and seller and Muviber does not collect it;
  • recorded offline payment: money is still transferred outside the online flow, but Muviber allows its status to be recorded in the transaction.

Recording it in Muviber does not automatically turn an external payment into a payment collected by the platform. Status, protections, fees and applicable procedures may depend on the transaction type and method used.

When a Muviber order exists, use the functions provided on the transaction page to keep a consistent record of the operation.
