What to do about suspicious sign-ins
When you see suspicious signals, change the password, verify the account email and activity, and do not share recovery links or codes.
An unexpected recovery email, a change you do not recognise or unusual account behaviour are signals worth checking.
If you suspect unauthorised access:
- change your Muviber password;
- check that the email address linked to the account is still correct;
- secure the linked email account;
- do not share passwords, reset links or received codes;
- review the activity you can verify directly inside Muviber.
One unexpected message does not by itself prove that the account was compromised, but it is enough reason to avoid suspicious links and check your credentials immediately.
