How to track a shipment

Follow tracking from the transaction, check the latest event and do not treat a parcel as delivered if you have not received it.

When the seller records tracking and the service provides updates, you can follow the shipment from the transaction or through the carrier reference shown by Muviber.

Check:

  1. that the tracking belongs to the correct order;
  2. the latest available event;
  3. any carrier delivery instructions;
  4. if the shipment has multiple parcels, that all required references are present.

Tracking updates depend on carrier scans and transport data. A period without a new event does not by itself prove that the parcel is lost.

If updates remain stalled or the expected delivery does not occur, use Tracking not updated or The parcel has not arrived without confirming a delivery you have not received.

For buyers How to confirm delivery Confirm only after receiving and checking the parcel; any delivery code should be used only at the actual handover.
