How identity verification works
Complete verification only through the steps requested by the Stripe Connect flow, then check status on Muviber.
During Stripe Connect onboarding, identity verification or verification of information associated with the seller may be required.
When the process requests verification:
- carefully read which information or documents are requested;
- provide details consistent with the person or business completing onboarding;
- use only the fields and channels presented by the process;
- complete any additional requested steps;
- return to Muviber to check the resulting status.
Muviber can display the status of the connected process, but the specific verification rules and requested information are presented within the Stripe Connect flow. Do not send documents or sensitive information through user-to-user messages.
