My purchases

My purchases is where a buyer finds transactions that have already started and checks their status.

The My purchases area collects transactions in which you are the buyer.

Use it to find a purchase that has already started and check its current status. A transaction may originate from the marketplace flows provided by Muviber, for example after a direct purchase or after a negotiation is completed; the procedure for initiating the purchase is documented under Offers and negotiations.

Open the relevant order details before taking action. There you can review the information Muviber makes available for that specific transaction.
