How rank is calculated

Rank is determined by Muviber's implemented scoring rules; formulas, weights and thresholds should not be invented.

The Muviber project includes scoring rules that use relevant events defined by the system to determine rank.

The available material does not specify:

  • a mathematical formula;
  • points assigned to each event;
  • weights;
  • thresholds;
  • any time windows.

It is therefore not correct to reverse-engineer rank using an unofficial formula.

When Muviber exposes explanations, requirements or values relating to the calculation in the interface, treat that information as the operational reference. The Help Center should remain aligned with the rules actually implemented and must not turn scoring assumptions into public rules.
