Where to find your conversations

Conversations you start or receive are collected in the Messages area of your account.

Use the conversation list to:

• reopen an existing chat;
• check for conversations with new messages;
• return to the context of a listing you have already discussed;
• continue communicating without reopening the listing page every time.

The unread indicator highlights conversations that still need your attention.
