Where to find your conversations
The Messages area collects conversations and highlights those with new messages.
Conversations you start or receive are collected in the Messages area of your account.
Use the conversation list to:
- reopen an existing chat;
- check for conversations with new messages;
- return to the context of a listing you have already discussed;
- continue communicating without reopening the listing page every time.
The unread indicator highlights conversations that still need your attention.
