What happens to a conversation if the listing is no longer active

An existing conversation may remain available even when the listing it was linked to is no longer active.

In this case Muviber keeps the reference needed to identify the product being discussed, but does not show an active link to a listing that is no longer available.

This prevents the communication history from being lost automatically just because the listing was removed or is no longer published.

The fact that the conversation remains available does not mean that the item is still purchasable or that the listing can be reopened.
