Suspend or reactivate a listing

Suspension pauses the listing without confusing it with a completed sale or deletion.

Use suspension when you want to make a listing temporarily unavailable without deleting it.

This can be useful, for example, when:

  • you cannot handle enquiries for a period;
  • you need to verify the item's condition or availability;
  • you want to pause the sale without losing the listing content.

When the item becomes available again, reactivate the listing and first check that price, condition, photos and description are still current.

If the item has been sold permanently, use Mark as sold instead. If you no longer want to keep the listing, use the deletion procedure.
