Mark a listing as sold

Mark an item as sold when it is no longer available after a sale instead of leaving the listing active.

When the item is no longer available because it has been sold, update the listing status using the Sold action or the equivalent provided in listing management.

Setting the correct status prevents other users from continuing to treat an unavailable product as for sale.

Before confirming, make sure you are acting on the correct listing, especially if you have several similar items.

Sold is not the same as deleted. If a sale actually took place, the sold status more accurately describes what happened to the listing.
