Photograph the sealed parcel and readable label

Before handover, photograph the sealed parcel from several sides and record the condition of corners and seams.

Take at least one image linking the label to the parcel, but do not publish photos exposing personal data. Keep these images as private transaction records.

If the parcel is reinforced or relabelled at the drop-off point, update the final documentation.
