Make a final recap at handover

Immediately before handover, confirm:

• these are the two agreed items;
• these are the accessories;
• these are the previously disclosed defects;
• this is the cash adjustment;
• the payment is verified;
• there are no last-minute changes.

If a substantial difference appears, do not automatically treat it as minor. Consider whether it also changes the value of the trade.
