How to withdraw an offer
Withdraw an active proposal from offer management without confusing withdrawal with cancelling a transaction.
If you no longer want to keep a proposal that can still be withdrawn, manage it from My offers.
- open sent offers;
- select the proposal;
- check that its current status still allows withdrawal;
- use the withdrawal action and confirm it.
Withdrawing an offer affects the proposal, not the listing or any conversation with the seller. Existing messages remain a separate feature.
If the proposal has already been accepted, do not use “offer withdrawal” to manage the transaction. Instead, check the purchase or sale status in Purchases and sales and follow the procedure provided for that status.
