How to contact a seller from a listing

To contact the seller of an item, start from the relevant listing.

1. open the listing page;
2. use the available control to contact the seller or open the conversation;
3. write your message and clearly state what you want to know;
4. send the message and continue the conversation from your Messages area.

The conversation remains linked to the listing context, making it easier to understand which item the questions refer to.

Use chat for information, clarification and direct communication. Official actions related to offers, acceptances and order status must instead be completed through the dedicated features, where available.
