A complete listing reduces the need for generic reassurance
Do not try to replace missing information with claims about your own reliability.
Phrases such as “serious seller”, “no time wasters” or “trust me” do not help verify the item.
Credibility mainly comes from:
- accurate identification;
- real photos;
- disclosed defects;
- consistent information;
- clear terms;
- verifiable details.
The better documented a listing is, the less it needs to describe itself as “trustworthy”.
