Why is my listing not visible?
Before reporting a problem, check whether the listing is published, suspended, sold, deleted or removed.
If you cannot find a listing you expected to be available, first check its status from your account area.
Make sure it is not:
- still unpublished;
- suspended;
- marked as sold;
- deleted;
- removed because it did not meet applicable rules.
Then open the listing directly from your account area to confirm that the content still exists and that its status is what you expect.
If the listing is correctly shown as published but still does not appear where it should, treat it as a technical issue and report the case with the affected listing and the checks you have already performed.
