“String instruments” covers very different needs

Body integrity and repairs

Inspect seams, edges, top, back, neck and the areas carrying string tension. Cracks, open joints, distortion and undocumented repairs should be assessed by location and workmanship, not just by their length.

A useful used listing includes evenly lit photographs, details of the bridge and seams, and information about the repairer, latest inspection and storage. Moving a soundpost or correcting a bridge is not a safe first-time adjustment.

Bow and case are separate parts of the offer
