Do basic research before contacting the seller

Before contacting the seller, spend a few minutes researching the model.

Check at least:

• the manufacturer’s expected specifications;
• differences between similar versions;
• accessories normally supplied;
• known wear points or recurring issues worth checking;
• an indicative used-market price range.

The main purpose is to ask verifiable questions. If you know that a model should have certain connections, components or accessories, you can compare the listing with what should normally be present.

You do not need to become an expert on the model. You only need to know which details could materially change the buying decision.
