How to manage email notifications
Manage configurable emails and check the address, spam folders and filters when a message does not arrive.
In notification preferences you can control the email communications that Muviber makes configurable.
- open notification settings;
- find the email options;
- change the available preferences;
- save.
If an expected email does not arrive, also check:
- that the account email address is correct and verified;
- spam, junk or promotions folders;
- any filters configured in your email service.
Emails required for security or account operations may follow different rules from optional communications.
