Help guide
Enter brand and model
Brand and model should identify the item correctly and remain consistent with the title, photos and description.
When the listing form asks for brand and model, use the details that genuinely identify the product.
Before confirming:
- verify the manufacturer's exact name;
- check the full model and any relevant variant;
- avoid abbreviations that could confuse different versions;
- if a detail cannot be verified, do not present it as certain in the description.
Brand, model, title and photos should be consistent. If the item has been modified or contains parts different from the standard configuration, explain the modification in the description rather than artificially changing the model name.
