Disclose significant previous repairs

If you know about significant repairs carried out in the past, disclose them.

Examples include:

  • structural breaks;
  • major electronic replacements;
  • power-supply repairs;
  • speaker or transformer repairs;
  • display or circuit-board replacement;
  • work on mechanical parts.

If useful documentation is available, you can mention its existence.

There is no need to turn every routine service into a problem, but it is important to distinguish ordinary maintenance from interventions that may matter to the buyer’s assessment.
