Cases, tags and accessories can support provenance, but should be assessed separately
Cases, manuals, tags, cables, covers, footswitches and original accessories can make a package far more complete. However, a period-correct accessory does not automatically prove that it originally shipped with that specific item.
Check wear, labels, serials, annotations and historical photographs that may connect them. Always distinguish “period-correct” from “original to this example”.
When selling, list separately what is documented as originally supplied and what was paired later.
This distinction makes the offer more credible and lets the buyer assess completeness appropriately.
