The lively, resonant two-piece select ash body is paired with an extremely comfortable playing rift sawn maple neck with ’63-style “C” back-shape and round-laminated rosewood fingerboard for a quintessential early-‘60s Strat®. All wrapped in stunning Super Heavy Relic® lacquer finishes – Super Faded Aged Three-Color Sunburst, Super Faded Aged Three-Color Sunburst Sparkle, Super Faded Aged Black over Three-Color Sunburst and Super Faded Aged Surf Green over Three-Color Sunburst – the ’63 Strat® looks like it was gigged hard for decades. With a set of three Custom Shop hand-wound ‘60/’63 Strat® pickups (RWRP middle pickup), this guitar sounds as incredible as it looks.
